Michaela brings over 20 years of leadership experience across diverse sectors, including media, entertainment, and disability. Michaela has successfully led dynamic teams, driven business growth, and championed transformative initiatives within corporate, profit-for-purpose, and not-for-profit organisations.

As the mother of a child living with disability, Michaela is a passionate advocate for inclusion and is deeply committed to empowering families of children with disabilities.

Michaela is the Treasurer for AGOSCI, a national peak body, a Non-Executive Director at the Community Living Project, and a Consumer Advocate for the Women’s and Children’s Health Network underscoring her dedication to systemic change and community advocacy.

With an MBA and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Michaela’s expertise and unwavering commitment to equity align seamlessly with Ripples of Change’s mission to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
