Peer Support Groups

Our Peer Support Groups bring together people with shared experiences to connect, share and support one another. Whether you’re a parent, caregiver or an individual navigating the complex health, education and disability support systems, our groups provide a safe and understanding space to talk, learn and feel supported.

What is it?

  • Safe and welcoming spaces to share experiences and challenges.

  • Led by trained peer facilitators who understand the journey.

  • A place to connect with others facing similar situations.

  • Focus on emotional support, shared learning, and empowerment.

Who can access support?

  • Parents and caregivers of children who have developmental delays or disability.

  • Educators, medical professionals, and community members who want to promote inclusivity.
