Whether you’re a parent, caregiver or an individual navigating the complex health, education and disability support systems, our groups provide a safe and understanding space to talk, learn and feel supported.

Our support line can assist with a variety of school-related issues, including but not limited to:
Student with low vision not receiving large print worksheets

Our professional and qualified Support Advisors use a coaching methodology and an empowerment approach to help families. We:

Explain school processes and relevant DET policies

Assist in communicating with the school
Provide suggestions on what families can ask for
